Ines Basic lashed out during the MAFS dinner party. But all eyes were on her weird “manila folder” red dress which immediately sold out.

Married at First Sight star Ines Basic is not very popular on the reality TV show, but she managed to turn her little, raspberry-coloured dress into a massive hit.
The striking $40 dress she wore at the final dinner party last night sold out before the show even finished.
Dress designer Bianca and Bridgett posted on Instagram that Ines was wearing the Sienna Rose dress in raspberry, and alerted fans that it was nearly sold out.
“I bought this dress for my daughter (long before we saw it on MAFS), and it’s stunning on her,” commented one woman on the Instagram post.
Bianca and Bridgett then updated the post within moments: “THIS DRESS HAS NOW SOLD OUT AND WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED SORRY LADIES XX”
The dress was obviously popular. But the unique design — a structured bodice that covered the chest area but not the sides — was heavily criticised on Twitter.
I was wondering where I left my red manila folder ... I forgot I lent it to Ines to make a dress from #MAFS pic.twitter.com/T2FDOsUShF

Some compared the dress to a fruit roll up, while others said she looked like she was wearing a cardboard box or a manila folder.
The Melbourne-based designers were also criticised for supporting Ines, with many saying she was “hardly the best spokesperson” for their product.
“For your sake remove this post. Bad marketing at its finest,” one woman said.
“I wouldn’t be proud of promoting a #cheater wearing your brand @biancaandbridget #turnoff. Bad advertising decision. Not a brand ambassador in my opinion,” continued the comments.
Others jumped to the defence of the Aussie sisters behind the brand, saying it was a great dress.
“Best dress dolls xx. Omg I loved her dress that’s so cool,” read some of the comments.
“Ladies you all need to relax she was only making for some great TV let’s be honest someone had to portray the nasty girl but you all are doing the same thing here trolling. GREAT DRESS GIRLS.”
The dress, advertised as the “statement dress of the season”, had sold out not only in the raspberry colour worn by Ines, 29, but also in the alternative shade of black.
The popularity of Ines’ clothing choice comes after she sent fans wild in February by wearing a racy camouflage zip-up dress.
The “vintage Supré” frock was found on Topshop’s website for just $18.25 or on The Iconic for $32.48, but then sold out on both sites.
