Can you really 'de-age' your penis? Biohacker Bryan Johnson says yes

How far is too far?

A US biohacker spends millions of dollars and all of his time trying to live forever. Now he claims he has taken 25 years off of his penis’ age.

While men around the world are concerned about age-related issues like erectile dysfunction, a US biohacker claims he’s de-ageing his penis.

Bryan Johnson spends more than three million dollars a year trying to do everything except cryogenically freeze himself to stay young, and that apparently includes keeping his penis youthful.

He has previously relied on his son, Talmage to de-age, having blood plasma transfusions from the then 17-year-old, but now Johnson is using him to measure his erectile health.

Using a device the tech multimillionaire created himself to track the regularity and duration of erections, the 47-year-old is following his and his 19-year-old son’s nightly erections and sharing the data on X.

He recently posted screenshots of two charts comparing his and his son’s nighttime erections, captioned “Nighttime erection data from my 19-year-old son, @talmagejohnson_, and me. His duration is two minutes longer than mine”.

“Raise children to stand tall, be firm, and be upright”, he signed off.

The biohacker’s device provides an ‘AndroAge’, which he believes indicates penises health and age. According to these charts, both he and his son share an AndroAge age of 22.

Both men's total number, duration and quality of erections were included in the data, as was their sleep efficiency.

Many commenters responded with concern for the 19-year-old, questioning how he felt about this data being shared, and preempting the equally interesting and harrowing chapters he could include in a future autobiography.

According to these charts, both he and his son share an AndroAge age of 22.

“Don’t listen to the haters Bryan. Knowing the details of your son’s erections is perfectly normal, and, quite frankly, it would be weirder if you didn’t post about it”, one viewer sarcastically added.

But the 19-year-old seems to have no problem with his dad’s actions, sharing his dad’s post with the caption, “I’m grateful for the way my dad has raised me.”

He has previously shared his admiration for his dad, posting that his 2025 goal was to “achieve the same biomarkers as the world’s healthiest and most measured human”.

The 47-year-old, who has shared his pursuit to live to 150 years old, follows a strict plan he founded called the Blueprint Program. He doesn’t eat after 11 am, takes 100 pills daily, and undertakes penile shockwave treatments, LED light exposure, acid peels and more controversial and painful-sounding treatments to try to live forever.

He claims the amount of erections a person has is directly related to their health.

He told MailOnline, “It turns out that — this is true for both men and women — that a man’s night-time erections and a woman’s night-time erections – the clitoris engorging — is one of the most important biomarkers of anything about our entire body”.

“So while it kicks up some giggles, it really is one of the most important things for all of us to know about our bodies and it’s just not talked about.”

While erectile dysfunction has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, mental health problems and hormonal issues, we’re not so sure the amount of erections a person has can indicate your body’s actual age.
