Cake is easy. Cake is great. Whether you’re after a three-tier chocolate mud cake, a colourful rainbow drip cake, or a fruit topped naked cake, Brisbane’s cake makers (or cakers) are there to fill your kneads.
Do you know someone who should take the icing as Brisbane’s best celebration cake?
If so, nominate them in the comments below!
We will compile a shortlist from the nominations after they close 10am on Monday, February 6, with the vote then running until 10am on Monday, February 10.
