Yoga has been used to boost physical and mental wellbeing for thousands of years, so it’s no wonder why you’ll find a yogi among your friends or at the local coffee shop in their active wear and a rolled mat under their arm.
We’re looking for the best yoga studio in Brisbane, so if you know a place that’s great for finding your Zen – nominate them in the comments below!
We will compile a shortlist from the nominations after they close 10am on Monday, February 10, with the vote then running until 10am on Monday, February 17.
The top 10 will then be revealed online at couriermail.com.au on Thursday, February 20 and in print in U on Sunday on February 23.
