To get started, here are three of our favourites:
1. SUSHI EDO (BRISBANE CITY)
153 Elizabeth St, Brisbane City
At just $3.80 a plate, just because this sushi train joint is on the cheaper end of the sushi restaurant spectrum doesn’t mean the quality is less. Whether you’re eating-in or taking-away, Sushi Edo offers convenience with the handy order tablets installed at the table.
2. SUSHI KOTOBUKI
3/53 Lytton Rd, East Brisbane
This Japanese fusion restaurant is well-loved for their sushi striving to use the freshest ingredients. Offering an extensive range of sushi from the classics like their salmon or chicken and avocado rolls to their fusion sushi such as the ‘Dragon Roll’, there’s something for all palettes.
3. OISHII SUSHI BAR
70 Pinelands Rd, Sunnybank Hills
Found in Sunnybank Hills, Oishii Sushi Bar is known for their quality Japanese food that hits the spot every time. Their ‘Spider Roll’ is just one of their beautifully presented must-try rolls.
