BRISBANE is lucky enough to have access to a number of fantastic butchers in many of its suburbs.
A great butcher is able to tell you the origin of their meat, offer helpful suggestions, as well as cut, slice or dice your favourite cuts the way you want them.
After asking our readers to nominate and vote for who they think is the best butcher in the River City, the results are in. Meat lovers meet your match:

Though Springfield is technically outside of the Brisbane area and located in Ipswich, we couldn’t ignore how popular Two Butchers’ were during nominations.

Tied in third place is a butcher known for being a great all-rounder. Everyone who has visited and had a taste of Meat at Billy’s has never looked back.
With consistent great produce including their fresh cuts and ready-to-cook items as well as their great gourmet advice, a visit to this butcher is always worthwhile. And for those staying at home and ordering meat from Billy’s via delivery, if you’re lucky, you might catch their dancing delivery driver!
