It's the ALDI equivalent of that anyway. 

The budget supermarket chain has gone and done something that PB lovers have been dreaming about forever and chucked a bunch of peanut butter in the middle of choccie eggs.

The $3 Easter treat from ALDI causing a frenzy

Introducing... the Milk Chocolate Mini Peanut Butter Filled Eggs.

For just $2.99, you'll get 110g of mini egg filled with smooth peanut butter and crunchy pieces (satisfying all kinds of peanut butter fans.)

Safe to say people online are pumped about the discovery, with many taking to TikTok to film taste tests and giving the product their tick of approval. 

Fitness guru @gemupsonmcpike shared a clip titled, 'These eggs have CHANGED THE GAME', which now has over 50k views and 2000 comments. 

"If you buy one chocolate for Easter this year guys, make it this one, especially if you're a peanut butter lover," she began, unwrapping one of the eggs. 

"You open them up and you think they don't even look that good, but wait," she says, taking a bite, "Look at all that peanut butter, it tastes like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup!"

"I’ve already eaten half the packet I’m not going to lie to you, these are unreal."

"Ten out of ten"

Meanwhile, more foodies gave glowing reviews, such as @nectoriouspapi, who said it was "a definite yes from me."

"This is an easy ten out of ten," he declared.

Then a woman in a different video claimed the eggs were "better than any other brand and 40 per cent cheaper," while someone else called them "epic."

The peanut butter flavour isn’t the only creative variety of eggs at ALDI this year, with the German retailer also releasing Popcorn, Corn Flakes and Brownie-flavoured Mini Filled Eggs.

They've also brought back the Raspberry Popping Candy Mini Eggs that hit shelves last year.
