Gold Coast Instagram star Ashy Bines has slammed mum guilters who attacked her for leaving her baby at home with their dad while she travelled interstate.

The fitness influencer, who boasts 1 million followers, took aim at the double standards saying she’d been sent messages saying ‘how COULD you leave your baby with Steve for that long, it’s so wrong’.

Bines headed on a trip with her friends, leaving 3.5 month old baby Tala and son Taj with her husband Steve for 48 hours.

She said if the situation was reversed ‘a dad would never even be questioned’.

“I think it’s wrong for other women to think it’s wrong and send such a message, and also why would I have children with someone I didn’t trust?,” she said.

“Wrong to leave my kids with their dad?”

Bines said she ‘balled my eyes out’ when heading to the airport and felt like her arm was missing but added, ‘I love my baby but …’

“I LOVE my baby but I also LOVE my friends, I LOVE my baby but also love travel and variety, I LOVE my baby but also love doing fun things just for me. I LOVE my baby and fully trust and love Steve for his bonding time with the kids and can enjoy myself knowing they are happy and safe.”

She urged mothers to be kind to each other and not send hate, adding that what worked for one person may not work for another and ‘that’s OK’.

“We all do exactly what feels good for us,” she wrote.
