Little Wings air service - Pride of Australia. Little Wings is an aeroplane service that transports sick kids and their families from rural NSW to hospitals in Sydney and Newcastle. It's run mostly by volunteers, like pilot Adam Holt.There are no nurses or medical facilities on board - it's more of a transport service. Pictured with 3yr old Jaidal Saville from Coff Harbour.
