Vanessa Hudgens is being body-shamed online again, just months after she gave birth to her first child.

The 35-year-old, who had her first child in July, posted a sweet date-night photo of herself having a spooky dinner in honour of Halloween.

She looked gorgeous in a low-cut black top and was all smiles. It was a completely innocent photo but the gross comments started rolling in.

People were making obscene comments about how her breasts had gotten bigger since she became a mum.

Someone joked that it was clear her baby wasn’t “starving”.

The unsolicited breast comments were so rife that celebrity hairstylist Danielle Priano called it out.

“Not everyone talking about your tittys! When you just had a baby?” She wrote.

It wasn’t all horrible comments; she’s a famous person with lots of fans, so someone called her a “hot mum”, and another said she looked “damn good”, but the compliments weren’t enough to drown out the body-slamming.

People commented on the post to joke about or call out other comments underneath her photo.

Meanwhile, Hudgens had made no comment about her body. All she’d done was take a photo of herself enjoying a dinner out.

It is also worth noting that Hudgens has not announced the gender or name of her child, which she welcomed with her baseball player husband, Cole Tucker.

She also hasn’t shared any photos of her newborn child with her 51 million Instagram followers.

Despite the fact that she’s clearly pushing for privacy during this time, her body has never been under more scrutiny.

The 35-year-old has been famous since she was a teenager when she became an overnight sensation because of the wild success of High School Musical.

From there, she starred in the independent hit Spring Breakers, some Netflix holiday romance movies, and the successful Bad Boys franchise.

The whole world has seen her grow up, and now everyone’s watching as she adjusts to being a mum, but the commentary is depressing.

In September, photos of Hudgens pushing her child around in a stroller while wearing a baggy T-shirt and shorts went viral because people were making unnecessary comments about her weight.

The 35-year-old looked objectively great. She was glowing, dressed trendy, and had managed to get out of the house with her newborn child.

Instead of people just saying how nice she looked, or perhaps just not making a single comment at all, which also would have been fine.

People cruelly and critically commented on her body. The comments were so bad that they aren’t worth repeating but they were loud online.

One sane fan rushed to defend the High School Musical star, saying: “Anyone commenting on her body should be banned from commenting”.

Hudgens hasn’t even been a mum for six months, but already she’s been body-shamed twice.
