Ex-staffer spills on Lindsay Lohan’s ‘weird’ behaviour

A sacked employee from Lindsay Lohan’s Mykonos beach club has lifted the lid on her “very uncomfortable” moment with the star.

Lindsay Lohan’s feud with MTV star Kailah Casillas is set to reach boiling point during this week’s episode of Lohan Beach Club.

In a sneak peek, Lohan, 32, reprimands her employees for not cleaning their Mykonos villa, and then calls out Casillas, 26, for talking back to her.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that Casillas gets fired in this episode, which causes the reality star to lash out at Lohan, saying, “Continue doing all the drugs you do, Lindsay.”

“It kind of slipped,” Casillas told Page Six. “I can’t say that I saw anything, because I’m really not trying to get myself in trouble, but I can say that from my own personal opinion, I do not think that she was sober whatsoever.”

According to Casillas, Lohan was not the easiest boss to work with.

On the show, Lohan brushes off Casillas’ comments, claiming the reality star was just throwing her past in her face. But Casillas told us she witnessed a lot of “uncomfortable” and “awkward” behaviour from Lohan since day one.

When Casillas first arrived, the MTV star said she approached Lohan to introduce herself but claims the Mean Girls star gave her “the look of death”.

“She would barely shake my hand and kind of shooed me off,” Casillas said, adding that things only got worse.

Fans of Lohan Beach Club may recall a scene in Episode 6 in which Lohan and Casillas went back and forth about whether Casillas was happy in her relationship. But prior to that confrontation, Casillas said, something unusual happened.

“She locked me in a shower,” Casillas alleges. “It was weird.”

Casillas explained that she, Lohan and some of the other cast members had taken a smaller boat to a yacht and had gotten soaked with water on the way there. When they got on the yacht, Casillas said, Lohan told her, “Come, rinse off with me in the shower.”

“It wasn’t sexual by any means, but it was very uncomfortable and awkward,” Casillas said. The women were not naked (Lohan was in a wetsuit and Casillas in a bathing suit), but the reality star said it was still “very uncomfortable”.

While in the shower, Casillas said, she tried to make small talk, and mentioned a time when she coincidentally met one of Lohan’s brothers in Colombia.

“In that moment, she was like, ‘Oh, it’s so cool. Small world,’” Casillas said.

But when firing Casillas, the reality star said, Lohan changed her tune and told her, “Don’t talk about my family.”

Casillas claimed Lohan was also “ridiculously rude” to two servers on the yacht. “They were trying to drop things off, and Lindsay would say, ‘Yes! Go away!’” Casillas said. “It was really bad. When they’d walk away, she would laugh about it.”

It’s no surprise that Casillas would not sign on to work for Lohan again, and she has no regrets about the remarks she made on the show.

“As of now, I still love her movies, but I just realise that Lindsay herself is not such a good person,” she said. “You can be a boss and still be respectful, and allow people to talk to you like a human being.”
