However, fans couldn’t help but notice how different 50 — born Curtis Jackson — looked and wondered if he had used the popular Type 2 diabetes drug Ozempic to achieve his slimmer figure.

“Ozempic takes another, but I like Teddy Bear 50,” commented one user.

“Dam you on Ozempic too,” added another.

The insider told us that the Grammy winner began training for “three hours a day, every day” before he kicked off his Final Lap tour last summer.

50’s weight was previously criticised after he made a surprise appearance at the Super Bowl half-time show in 2022.

During his performance of his 2003 hit single In Da Club, the Power star hung upside mimicking what he did in the music video. However, fans took to social media to fat-shame the emcee for his apparent weight gain.

Additionally, Nick Cannon has also commented about 50’s weight.

In June 2023, the Wild ‘N Out host, 43, said the Den of Thieves actor looked like he had “a pack of hot dogs on the back of his neck” and called him “fat.”

“You looking at them pictures from Get Rich or Die Tryin, now it’s get thick or die fryin’,” Cannon quipped at the time.

Meanwhile, a new body isn’t the only thing 50 brought into the new year.

Earlier this month, the 21 Questions rapper announced that he was also giving up sex.

“My new idea is so big, I don’t have time to be distracted I’m practicing abstinence, I have been meditating and focusing on my goals,” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

“I hope this New Year helps you excel to the next level.”
