Dave Grohl has at least one ex in his corner.
Fellow rocker Jennifer Finch, who dated Grohl in the ’90s, insisted to TMZ that he’s a top-tier dad and friend.
Finch, 58, told the outlet the two have remained tight since their days as a couple, adding that she got a front-row seat to his family dynamic while touring with the Foo Fighters recently.
According to Finch, Grohl, 55 — who revealed earlier this week that he had recently fathered a child outside of his marriage to his longtime wife, Jordyn Blum — is doing everything he can to remedy the messy situation.
Finch also bizarrely teased that she won’t dish out the juicy details of their past romance until his youngest turns 18.
On Tuesday, Grohl — who shares daughters Violet Maye, 18, Harper Willow, 15, and Ophelia Saint, 10, with Blum — took to Instagram to announce he had a fourth.
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” he told his followers in a statement.
“I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
The former Nirvana drummer — who did not disclose his mistress’ identity — concluded his message by saying that he and his family are “grateful” for the public’s “consideration toward all the children involved” as they “move forward together.”
Blum, 48, has yet to address the matter publicly; however, the former model-turned-MTV producer was photographed sans wedding ring a few weeks before her husband’s indiscretion made headlines.
After news broke, internet users began taking a closer look at his past relationships.
In her 2003 memoir, snowboarding pioneer Tina Basich claimed Grohl cheated on her during their two-year romance in the late ’90s.
Then on Thursday, a woman claimed to Page Six exclusively that the musician hit on her in 2013 using the “exact same” “future ex-wife” pickup line that won Blum over in 2001.
