HEART-WARMING footage captures the adorable moment an autistic boy bursts into tears during a music concert.
Dad Luis Vazquez took his young son to watch his favourite band, Coldplay, The Sun reports.
At the start of the clip, the pair race into Mexico City’s Foro Sal stadium full of excitement ahead of the Grammy Award-winning band’s set.
As the iconic British band play one of the boy’s most-loved songs, Fix You, he immediately starts to well-up.
The poignant clip catches the moving moment the boy becomes so overcome with emotion that he stops dancing and puts his head in his hands:
As the words “tears stream, down your face” blare out around the stadium, the cute boy can’t help but shed a few himself.
Caught up in the emotion, dad Luis cradles his son into his arms and soothingly sings the words to him.
Chris Martin pauses singing and holds out the microphone towards the crowd, the entire stadium sings back: “Lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones, and I will try to fix you.”
As the video and the song draw to a close, the dad and son can be seen lovingly hugging one another.
After the exhilarating concert, Luis took to social media to share the special moment with other internet users.
He said: “Something my wife and I decided to share with the whole wide world.
“You have to watch it! It says it all! You guys #coldplay please need to see this!”
The moving clip has since stolen the hearts of the internet, being shared thousands of times on Facebook and reaching a staggering 1.7 million views on YouTube.
Incredibly, the footage gained so much social media attention that the British band spotted it online.
On Coldplay’s official band page on Facebook, they responded: “This kind of thing makes it all worthwhile.
“Hola Luis y tu hijo hermoso! (Hello Luis and your beautiful son) Love.”
