Mia Goth is being sued by a movie extra for allegedly kicking him in the head — on purpose.
A man who was cast to play a small part in MaXXXine filed a battery and wrongful termination lawsuit against the actress, the horror film’s director, Ti West, and its production company, A24, TMZ reported as per Page Six.
The background actor, whom the outlet did not name, claimed things got physical last year during a late-night shoot.
According to the man, they were filming a scene that called for him to wear a robe and be covered in fake blood while lying in the dirt and playing dead for several hours, “enduring ants and mosquitoes.”
He said Goth, 30, was supposed to run past him, step over him, look at him and keep running.
But after she allegedly “nearly stepped” on him, the actor claimed Goth — who also starred as Maxine Minx in X and Pearl — was warned to be careful.
While shooting the next take, the actress allegedly “intentionally kicked” him in the head with her boot.
He claimed the alleged kick caused serious pain and neck stiffness but that no medical assistance was provided on set.
The extra further alleged that Goth later approached him in the bathroom, where she “taunted, mocked and belittled” him before daring him to do anything about it.
The man claimed he experienced headaches and “nearly passed out twice” while driving home and that doctors later told him he had suffered a concussion.
The actor also claimed that the fake blood had stuck to his body, so peeling off the robe caused additional pain.
He claimed he was fired shortly after the alleged incident.
The man is seeking at least $740,000 in damages, plus punitive damages.
Goth — who shares a 1-year-old daughter named Isabel with her husband, Shia LaBeouf — did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
