AS WE all know, the internet never fails to impress us in the most unimaginable ways possible.
Its latest development lies with a brand new mashup by Russian YouTube user Michal Orsava titled Never Home Alone.
The nearly three-minute video splices together clips from the classic holiday film Home Alone 2: Lost in New York and President Donald Trump‘s political speeches to tell a brand new story. You can watch the brilliant mashup below.
The clip, which centres around Trump rescuing Kevin McCallister from Russia, appears to have been inspired by President Trump’s brief cameo in Home Alone 2, which was originally released in 1992.
In the video, Trump vows to “bring people together,” Kevin’s mum goes on CNN to share her concern about her son’s disappearance, and Kevin does his best to avoid “Russians” aka Harry and Marv ... and Vladimir Putin.
Luckily Kevin gets some help from Donald Trump’s ex-wife, Ivana Trump, who helps to thwart the Russians along the way.
In the end, (SPOILER ALERT!) Trump reunites Kevin with his mother in New York City as the Russians look on in disappointment.
Trump succeeds in “Making Christmas Great Again,” bringing people together and saving Kevin from the Russians as promised. It’s a Christmas miracle!
