The first trailer for Damian Hurley’s directorial debut has dropped and it features his famous mum Elizabeth Hurley kissing a woman.

The first trailer for Damian Hurley’s directorial debut Strictly Confidential has officially dropped.

The offering gives us our first glimpse at the role his mother, British actress Elizabeth Hurley, will be playing in the sensual thriller — and it’s a rather shocking one, reports Decider.

According to the film’s synopsis, “On the anniversary of Rebecca’s (Lauren McQueen) death, Mia (Georgia Lock) returns to the Caribbean paradise where she and her best friend shared her final days.

“As Mia and sets out to unravel the mysterious events of her passing, old passions rise, new secrets are uncovered and Mia is pulled into a seductive world of sex, betrayal and murder.”

The trailer (which is jam-packed with steamy sex scenes) shows Elizabeth sharing a rather passionate kiss with one of her younger co-stars, Pear Chiravara.

The provocative scene feels a bit unexpected considering the film was written and directed by her 21-year-old son, who she shares with late American businessman Steve Bing.

But Damian only had good things to say about working with his mother, 58, on Strictly Confidential, which drops in cinemas in the US on April 5.

Speaking to People, Damian revealed, “During the making of my first-ever short film back in 2010 when I was 8, my mother promised me she’d be in my first feature. True to her word, the minute Strictly Confidential was green-lit, my mother dropped everything and raced out to the Caribbean to help.”

He later said, “It was a joy to come to work and tackle each day together,” noting that their “twin-like telepathy was invaluable throughout.”

He maintained that working on his feature directorial debut felt “both immensely challenging and genuinely thrilling.”

Back in December, it was reported that Elizabeth had jetted off to the Caribbean to work on her son’s film debut.

Damian’s father Steve Bing was not in the picture since his birth.

The pair’s bond is unbreakable as Hurley raised Damian on her own.

At the time, Damian praised the cast and wrote: “I can’t begin to sum up how intense and wonderful the past few months have been.”

“I’m truly blown away by the inspiring and talented people I’ve been able to work with – with immense gratitude to my phenomenal cast.”

He went on: “Everyone involved deserves public declarations of adoration (all of which will come in due course – but right now I want to worship Elizabeth Hurley who, during the making of my first ever short film back in 2010 (when I was eight) promised me she’d be in my first feature; true to her word, the minute this film was green-lit, Mama dropped everything and raced out to the beautiful Caribbean to help.

“Working together was a dream.”
