Jennifer Lawrence is determined to wear the same dress as Amy Schumer at the Golden Globes

ONLY a few months into Amy Schumer and Jennifer Lawrence’s enviable friendship, the ladies have both been nominated for Golden Globes in the same category.

While the pressure of being up for the same prestigious award might create some tension between two pals, Lawrence is embracing it. And she’s even taking it a step further.

The Hunger Games star is scheming to do what most of Hollywood and tabloid media would consider a major fashion faux pas: she wants to wear the same dress as Schumer.

“We’re going to try to figure out how to wear the exact same thing,” Lawrence told E! News. “That’s my mission. I really want us to wear the same thing.

“She’s going to have to wear Dior. I’m just going to have to have Dior make two of whatever they‘re making for me.”

With some guaranteed celebrity twinning, we’re already looking forward to the awards show.

Schumer and Lawrence are both nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy. Schumer’s up for Trainwreck while Lawrence is nominated for her role in the upcoming flick Joy.
