Singer Jason Singh has revealed his entire band was robbed on Saturday night while performing a tribute show, Heaven’s Greatest Hits, on stage at The Princess Theatre in Brisbane.
“Okay so we finished the first set only to come into the band room and realise we’ve all been f***ing robbed by some scumbag,” Singh said.
The Creepin Up Slowly singer said the thieves stole $2000 which he had put aside to treat his children during an upcoming trip to Bali.
He said other band members collectively lost $800 and a set of car keys.
“If you’re out there motherf***er I’m gonna find ya, trust me,” Singh said.
“It’s disgusting, we should be able to do a gig and have our belongings safe. Deplorable behaviour,” one of his band members said.
“We’re out there trying to do a show for people and this is how it’s panning out,” Singh said.
“We still have to go out and do the second set of the show but I just wanted to say something.”
