ADELE and the Grammys weren’t on the best of terms after she was blindsided by a “human error”, but now they’re stronger than ever.

ADELE’S 2016 Grammys performance had her crying “pretty much all day” but despite that she’ll be back with something “major” for this year’s awards.
While last year’s performance of her powerhouse ballad All I Ask started off well, a “human error” quickly turned it into one of her worst.
Attending an event at the Grammy Museum on Tuesday, the show’s executive producer Ken Ehrlich admitted that getting back on Adele’s good side wasn’t the easiest of things to do.
Adele took to Twitter last year to explain exactly what went on at her Grammys 2016 performance.
The piano mics fell on to the piano strings, that's what the guitar sound was. It made it sound out of tune. Shit happens. X

Because of it though... I'm treating myself to an in n out. So maybe it was worth it.

At Tuesday’s event Ehrlich, who is on his 37th year of executive producing the Grammys, told ET “we were so sorry it happened” admitting they’ve “spent a year trying to make it up to her.”
He added: “It really threw her and I think what hurt us the most was ... just watching her face and seeing her trying to get through that with what had happened.”
But, despite the strained trust, Adele and the Grammys are back on good terms with Ehrlich hinting the British singer’s 2017 performance will be one for the history books as the awards show pushed to “make it up to her.”
“I think when you see her on February 12, you’ll know we have done that and more,” he told ET.
While Adele will be attending, a number of music’s biggest stars reportedly won’t be in attendance.
Justin Bieber, Kanye West and Drake are allegedly planning on missing the ceremony for varying reasons.
In October last year West announced he’d be a no-show at this year’s Grammys if his pal Frank Ocean wasn’t nominated.
“I’ll tell you this right now: If his album is not nominated in no categories, I’m not showing up to the Grammys. As artists, we’ve got to come together to fight the bulls**t.”
Despite the reports, Ehrlich told ET the Grammys would “love to have them again” and viewers would have to wait and see.
Drake, who has a confirmed concert in Manchester, England on the same night will definitely not be in attendance.
Taylor Swift is also expected to be a no-show, despite winning Album of the Year last year.
Adele is up for five nominations at 2017’s awards including Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
The Grammys, held on February 12, will be hosted by James Corden.
