More than a decade after they broke up, social media posts have caused fans of a famous former duo to go into meltdown over the possibility they’ve rekindle their romance.
Actors Lincoln Lewis and Rhiannon Fish dated in 2010 before moving in together in Sydney in late 2011.
Sadly, their relationship ran its course, with the couple separating in June 2012.
But in a twist, Lewis and Fish have been paired together in new romantic comedy, He Loves Me Not, currently shooting on K’gari.
Behind-the-scenes shots have taken the internet by storm, revealing steamy scenes between Lewis and Fish’s characters, Adam and Holiday.
One photograph shared by Lewis on his Instagram account, and captioned “This has been a bloody special one”, shows the actors in an intimate embrace - leaving followers showering the post with love hearts and comments, hoping for a real-life rekindling of the romance.
Adding fuel to the fire, Fish took to her Instagram stories to share a comparison image, showing a photo of the one-time couple in 2012, followed by a recent picture of them in a similar embrace on set.
Fish accompanied the photos with the caption “11 years later” and a red love heart emoji.
“Who would have thought?,” she added.
One fan noted Lewis’ smitten glance at Fish in a film still, commenting: “The way you look at Rhi!” alongside a heart eye emoji.
Lewis and Fish have both recently come out of significant relationships.
Lewis split from influencer Pandora Bonsor earlier this year after three years together, with sources close to the actor confirming that the couple, once inseparable, realised they wanted different things in life.
While Fish has reportedly recently broke up with her long-time beau Richard Harmon.
