Former Disney star Dove Cameron has finally confirmed her romance with Italian rocker Damiano David.
The two have been rumoured to be hooking up for a while, and rumours only revved up when Cameron, 27, was spotted in Australia while David’s band Maneskin is touring.
Well, the rumours can come to an end because the pair were spotted packing on the PDA at Bondi Beach.
The lovers were spotted kissing, watching the sunset and looking smitten before heading to the popular Icebergs restaurant.
The couple were both looking pretty low-key, and they were matching. Both opted for baggy jeans; Cameron paired hers with a leather jacket, and David went for an oversized black hoodie.
The two were holding hands and smiling at each other, which was very cute.
The pair are unlikely, considering they come from opposite ends of the fame spectrum. Cameron was a Disney success and starred in the show Liv and Maddie and the successful Descendants movie musicals.
Their relationship has big Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden vibes.
Whereas David’s, 24, purely known for being a huge part of the rock scene and his career only seems to be rising.
Meanwhile Cameron’s had a much more clean-cut vibe in the past she was dating the opposite of rock stars.
She was previously engaged to fellow Disney star Ryan McCartan, but the two broke things off in 2016. After that, she dated another fellow Disney alumnus, Thomas Doherty.
Cameron and Doherty broke up in 2020, but the singer wasn’t shy about her love for him when they were together.
When they were a couple, she shared that she loved him so much it reduced her to tears.
“I cry every day when I’m with him because … he’s just the most pure, loving, selfless, generous, kind. His life is about the people that he loves and I feel so lucky to be loved by someone like that,” she toldET.
Cameron has finally started to shed her Disney image, traded in her blonde locks for brunette the in 2022, and released the banger Boyfriend, certified platinum.
She said that changing her hair was a huge deal and a complete “identity” shift for her.
“When I dyed my hair, it was a reclamation of deciding who I was versus who I felt I always had to be. I feel like I have more fun now, and I feel more in touch with myself,” she told E News.
She’s in her rock chick era and now she has the boyfriend to go with it.
