A DAY in the life of Margot Robbie while on a press tour in New York is hectic – five outfit changes in a matter of hours and a whole stack of interviews.
The 29-year-old Dalby-born star is currently doing a press tour of her new Birds of Prey film where she reprises her roles as fan-favourite antihero Harley Quinn.
She managed to jam-pack her schedule full of media, and kept her designer, Kate Young, busy with a new look for each TV appearance.
Robbie started her day off with an appearance on Good Morning America, dressed in a khaki gown by Proenza Schouler paired with black boots.
While on the breakfast show she opened up about the “madness” of shooting three massive films all at once, and how she managed to juggle it.
“Bombshell overlapped with our pre-production, so I would go from set to the office, back to set back to the office,” she said on Good Morning America.
“And then Bombshell also overlapped with Once Upon a Time [in Hollywood]. It was just madness. Thank goodness it was all in L.A.”
She quickly changed into her second outfit of the day – a black tuxedo dress with square top mules for The View.
Robbie then left the studios in her third outfit, looking chic in high waisted black leather pants from Magda Butrym with a rust brown coat from Acne Studios.
Changing into a blue Oscar de la renta dress, Robbie was glowing during her appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
In her fifth and final outfit, Robbie wore a white jacket from Vauthier and was spotted with co-stars Jurnee Smollett-Bell and Ewan McGregor at a Birds of Prey fan event in Times Square.
Robbie also did an interview with Carrie Bickmore on The Project on Tuesday night and revealed the one celebrity she is dying to meet is JLo.
“Do you know who I didn’t get to meet and I really wanted to meet, was J.Lo,” Robbie said on the Channel 10 show.
“When I found out that I got nominated for the Golden Globe, it was the first thing I said. My husband woke me up and he was like, ‘You got nominated for a Golden Globe and so did so and so and so and so and J.Lo.’ And I was like, ‘Do you think this means I’m going to get to meet J.Lo?’ He was like, ‘Is that really the first thing you thought of?’”
Robbie was hopeful she’d run into Lopez at either the Golden Globes or the SAGs, but it wasn’t to be.
“I’m devastated,” she told Bickmore. “I’d really like to meet J.Lo!”
