You can always count on Imogen Anthony to bring a little ‘extra’ to fashion week.

The long-term partner of FM radio king Kyle Sandilands ensured all eyes were on her when she descended on Carriageworks for The Innovators show.

Anthony took her mum, Felicity, and said she loves supporting up and coming designers.

“Someone needs to support these guys otherwise these pieces get designed and no one ever ends up seeing them or wearing them,” she said, wearing a jacket from Sarah Hawkes, who showed last year.

When asked about her quirky dress sense, the 28-year-old said: “I just like to dress up. I was always that girl who wore crocodile slippers up to the convenience store. I used to care about the haters, but I don’t anymore. What you see is what you get. I’ve always known I am different.”

As for wedding plans, the former designer said she and Sandilands are considering their options.

“We are just chill,” she said. “We talk about it all the time. We know that as soon as that happens it will be when is the wedding, when is the baby.

“We saw Jasmine and Karl (Stefanovic) on Sunday and they are so happy and glowing but we are taking our time.”
