Model and TV presenter Tegan Martin has split from boyfriend of two years, Blake Worrall-Thompson.
Confidential understands the couple quietly broke up a few months ago and Martin is moving back to Sydney.

“Blake is a great guy, we just want different things in our lives at the moment,” Martin told Confidential. “For the time being, I want to put my energy into my career.”
Martin, 26, moved to Melbourne with personal trainer and fitness expert Worrall-Thompson about seven months ago.
The pair met as housemates and romance blossomed with the pair living together from the start of their relationship.
Martin represented Australia at Miss Universe in 2014, placing in the top 10, and was contestant on reality show I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here!
