Eyebrow queen Kristen Fisher addresses ‘affair’ rumours with hairdresser Tom Cole

Eastern suburbs eyebrow queen Kristen Fisher has addressed the rumours circulating about her “secret affair” with hairdresser Tom Cole. Fisher Gossip recently spread about both Fisher and Cole, who were both known to be married to other people.

It’s the romance that many in the eastern suburbs are talking about but the woman at the centre of it has poured cold water on any suggestion of an ‘affair’, revealing both parties were separated before the relationship began.

Sunday Confidential can reveal that after seven years of marriage and 10 years together, Double Bay eyebrow Queen Kristen Fisher and husband, personal trainer Chris Barnes quietly separated earlier this year.

After their split, Fisher began seeing celebrity hairdresser Tom Cole, owner of Cole Hair as his marriage had also reportedly ended.

“There have been no secrets and certainly no affairs,” Fisher told Sunday Confidential on Saturday.

We have been quietly separated for a while now so while our split is news to everyone else, it is actually old news for us.

“We kept it private for Chris’ privacy. my privacy and our children. We are totally amicable and Chris has been aware of everything.”

When contacted by a Confidential, Barnes confirmed the split is amicable and that they are doing everything they can for their children.

Proving the split is civil, Barnes shared an Instagram post on Mother’s Day this May, celebrating the “rock in our little family”.

“Chris put up that Mother’s Day message because we are still very much a family,” she said.

“Even he said, ‘why wouldn’t I, you are their mother and we love you’.

“There wasn’t a huge blow up, there was just no romance anymore. It is not the end of our marriage, we are just taking a break and we were trying to do it as quietly as possible for our sake and the kids.

“Hopefully one day we will try to make things work.”

When contacted by Sunday Confidential, Barnes confirmed the split is amicable and that they are doing everything they can for their children.
