Aussie music sensation Gflip and reality TV star Chrishell Stause have been spotted in Brisbane as they prepare for Gflip’s highly anticipated Tivoli show on Thursday night.
The drumming prodigy, who uses they/them pronouns, is currently making rounds across the nation with their partner, “Selling Sunset” star Chrishell Stause, as part of their “DRUMMER” national tour.
The tour, expected to cover seven major Australian cities, kicks off in Brisbane on Thursday and Friday this week.
Notably, this tour marks Gflip’s first national headline tour in Australia since 2019.
Since their last tour on home soil, their career has witnessed an impressive trajectory, including memorable Splendour set, and performance at the AFL Grand Final in 2022, a relocation to Los Angeles, and several appearances on the popular reality show “Selling Sunset”.
Stause gave her fans a glimpse into her time in Brisbane, sharing a photograph on Instagram from her workout session at the Emporium Hotel’s gym flaunting sleek black sports attire.
“That feeling when you just finished a workout while on vacation. Everyone knows it counts as double,” the accompanying caption read.
It’s clear that Stause has developed a soft spot for Australia.
Having visited multiple times since kindling a romance with Gflip, she seems to be embracing Australian culture wholeheartedly.
This sentiment was evident when she posted a picture to Instagram of herself wearing a green and gold Matildas jersey on Wednesday night for the FIFA Women’s World Cup semi-finals against England.
The Gflip-Stause relationship has consistently drawn media attention since going public in May 2022, marked with playful Instagram exchanges, steamy music videos, and regular public appearances.
In May 2023, they announced their marriage which took place in Las Vegas, through a heartfelt Instagram post by Stause.
“Love doesn’t always go as planned … Sometimes it’s immeasurably better,” she shared.
Despite their Las Vegas wedding, the couple have reportedly not legally married, with no record of the Selling Sunset star and the Australian musician obtaining a marriage certificate.
