• I purchased my newspaper from an outlet that is not participating in the promotion. Do I need to buy another newspaper from a participating newsagent?
• You can buy your paper anywhere and then take the original hardcopy (not digital) token from the newspaper to a participating newsagent and pay $5 to redeem the Go QLD Beanie.
  
  
• My newsagent does not have any of the Go QLD left. What can I do?
• You can try locating the Go QLD Beanie at another participating newsagent.
  
  
• Can I get more than one Go QLD Beanie on each day?
• Yes, however you will need to pay $10 (2 x Beanies cost) and purchase the corresponding number of papers, e.g. if you want two Go QLD Beanies you will need to buy two papers.
  
  
• I brought the newspaper this morning and when I got home, I realised the token was ripped out of the newspaper. What do I do?
• Please return the hardcopy newspaper to the participating newsagent you bought it at, explain the situation and ask for a replacement copy with the token intact. If they fail to provide you with a complete copy of the newspaper, please contact the News Limited Helpline on 1300 696 397.
