Celebrating its 18th year, Australia’s largest international country music festival is gearing up for its biggest edition yet, featuring some of the industry’s top stars in an epic three-day celebration from Friday, March 21 to Sunday, March 23 at Willowbank Raceway, Ipswich. .
Headliners include US country megastars Cody Johnson, Jon Pardi and Thomas Rhett, marking Johnson and Pardi’s debut at CMC Rocks, while Thomas Rhett returns after his stellar performance in 2019.

Other top acts include Zach Top, Wyatt Flores and Alana Springsteen, as well as a host of Aussie acts like Zac & George, Sinead Burgess and The Buckleys.
For 18-year-old Pittman, from Tamworth, it will be his third time performing at CMC Rocks, with the event holding special significance.
“I turned 18 this year, and CMC is celebrating its 18th birthday – it’s all sort of coming together,” Pittman shared, reflecting on his journey through the industry which includes touring with country superstar Luke Combs and 2025 headliner Cody Johnson.
“To be out with those guys last August was such a dream come true,” Pittman said.
“I’m really lucky to be in such a strong class of country music that’s coming to the forefront right now.”
Chairman of Chugg Entertainment, Michael Chugg, expressed his excitement for the festival’s return.
“CMC Rocks Qld continues to set the standard as THE place the country community comes together each year to celebrate with friends old and new,” he said.
“It’s a tradition we’re very proud of, an experience that transcends age, time and boundaries, and we’re excited to deliver yet another stellar line-up.”
Chugg also noted the overwhelming enthusiasm for this year’s event, with 15,000 pre-sale tickets snapped up before the line-up was even announced.
“It was wonderful on Wednesday that we sold 15,000 presale tickets without announcing the line-up. Which, as you can see, is a very strong cross section of amazing established and newer artists, including some great Aussie acts,” he said.
With general admission tickets officially going on sale Thursday, September 12, country music fans are urged to act fast to secure their spot at what promises to be one of the biggest festivals of the year.
