Piers Morgan lashes Prince Harry as a ‘traitor’ after Netflix bombshells

Firebrand television personality Piers Morgan has branded the Duke of Sussex a “traitor” for cashing in on millions by exploiting his royal title without performing any royal duties.

Taking another vicious swipe at Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, the couple’s fiercest critic branded their Netflix documentary a multimillion-dollar “whine-a-thon” and a “seditious” betrayal of the royal family.

“They’re cashing in on their titles whilst simultaneously trashing the institution that gave him the titles.

“Harry is a traitor to a country he once served,” he said on his show, Uncensored.

“This is a blistering attack on the royal family; he sold his soul and the royal family down the river. Where does it end?

“Harry is beyond help, there’s no going back, he’s been manipulated into thinking they’re freedom fighters.

“You wanted to keep your royal title and you trash your family and keep doing it. Your wife trashed her own family.

“Is this what happiness is, Harry? Are you happy?”

In an angry tirade, he went on that the second part of the Harry & Meghan six-part series was an endless rehash of the same whines.

“They won’t be invited back to the royal house again in case they’ll be taped up for their next Netflix series. We’ve got the book coming up, 400 pages of more crap to come,” he said.

“People are believing the royal family are a bunch of callous racists – they’re not, I know some of them well and they are furious about it.

“Harry knows they can’t fight back – they have to maintain a stiff upper lip, he knows that.”

Referring to a steward thanking the Duchess for her duty to England on the so-called ‘freedom flight’, he said “Who is this man? Does he exist? What duty?”

“Or was he like the last one? You may remember the Lion King Premiere where you were told what a hero you were? Couldn’t find him either”.

“Meghan actually thinks she’s done Britain a favour.”

Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell told Mr Morgan Prince Harry had disrespected his grandmother and damaged her legacy.

“You can’t say these things about your family and get away with it. I don’t think that he’ll ever be welcomed back.

“There are certain things that came out in this interview, which I really disagree with.

“I mean, he said that he couldn’t get to his grandmother. He lived literally a few hundred yards away from her back door at Windsor Castle, Frogmore Cottage, and could have walked up the hill, gone through that door and into his grandmother’s sitting room at any time and said, ‘granny, I’ve got a problem’.

“The Queen’s door was always open. Harry is trying to pull the wool over our eyes.

“To do the Netflix series, whilst knowing she’d recently lost Prince Phillip and that she herself was in very ill health and has now died, the timing of all this is so reprehensible.”
