Amber Heard couldn’t have committed the disgusting act at the heart of a bitter dispute between her and ex-husband Johnny Depp, a court heard, as the actress’ allegedly violent past was revealed.

Amber Heard did not defecate in her own bed because she was “faecal phobic”, according to a friend who was on the phone when Johnny Depp allegedly attacked the actress.
The details emerged during Depp’s libel case against The Sun newspaper over a 2018 article that called him a “wife beater”, which is being heard in London’s High Court.
But a video, taken more than 10 years ago, allegedly showed that Heard had attacked her sister Whitney, who defended her in court this week.
Io Tillet-Wright, one of Heard’s closest friends, told a court that he called police to her Los Angeles penthouse when he claimed that he feared for her life on May 21, 2016.
He said that Depp had been abusive to Heard but denied that the actress was the culprit who had defecated in her bed in April 2016, the night after she had a fight with Depp on her 30th birthday.
“Amber is faecal phobic. She doesn’t even want to say she does that in private let alone do it on her own bed,” Mr Tillet Wright said.
Depp had accused Mr Tillet Wright of committing the act, but he denied responsibility.
“I clarified I was not in the building that day,” he said.
A video was sent to Depp’s lawyers from an anonymous source late on Friday, which showed a woman asking Whitney Henriquez, Heard’s sister, about a physical fight between them.
The video, played to the court, showed the woman looking at Ms Henriquez’s arms.
The Sunreported that Ms Henriquez can be heard saying several times on the video: “I’m not talking about it.”
David Sherbourne, QC, said that the anonymous witness had said that Heard had a “history of violence and attacking people”.
Meanwhile, Heard’s friend Racquel Pennington said she was forced to jump in front of Johnny Depp to protect her on the night police were called before they split up.
Ms Pennington was in a neighbouring Los Angeles apartment when Heard texted her at 8.06pm on May 21, 2016 asking her to come over.
She said that she saw extensive damage in the penthouse apartment and found Heard cowering on a couch.
“When I came in he [Depp] was standing several feet away from her,” Ms Pennington said.
“He was yelling at her walking as if he was going to come towards her so I stepped in front of him and put my hands to his chest and said stop and he knocked them away. I put my hands there again and said stop this.”
Heard had claimed Depp had thrown a phone at her face, which left a mark on her cheek and that the actor had caused extensive damage to the apartment.
Police were called that night but Heard did not make a formal complaint, with the officers on the scene saying they did not witness any damage.
Eleanor Laws, QC, for Depp, claimed that Heard and Pennington had made the mess after the police had left.
Ms Pennington replied: “Absolutely not.”
In her witness statement, she alleged that Depp’s security then took him out of the apartment.
“Johnny was smashing and knocking off things from the kitchen island, fruit and baskets
and glass bottles and flowers,” she said.
“He then grabbed his bag and stormed out of the apartment.
“He had a wine bottle in his hand and was sloshing wine everywhere. His security did nothing but stand behind him. No effort was made to restrain him, and no acknowledgment was made of the violence.”
Lawyers for both Depp and The Sun will sum up the case early next week.
DEPP BOASTED OF ‘SMUGGLING DRUGS INTO AUSTRALIA’
Johnny Depp bragged that Australian officials investigating the smuggling of his dogs Pistol and Boo into the Gold Coast should have nabbed him for his illegal drug haul instead.
London’s High Court heard of the boast during evidence in Depp’s libel case against The Sun for labelling him a “wife beater” in 2018.
Brisbane-based acting coach Kristina Sexton gave evidence via video link from Australia on Friday night.
She revealed how Depp, 57, said his dogs were not the real problem when he and his ex-wife took them into Australia in 2015 in breach of quarantine laws.
“He was joking about why you need to fly private to be able to take drugs with you, and said words to the effect of, ‘I took more drugs when I went to Australia and they’re only worried about the dogs’,” Ms Sexton said in her witness statement.
Former deputy Prime Minister Barnaby Joyce had threatened to euthanise the dogs in 2015 and Heard, 34, was given a $1000 fine and a good behaviour bond for producing a false document to customs officials in 2016.
The London court also heard of more details of the torrid relationship between the Pirates of the Caribbean actor and Heard.
Ms Sexton said she has known Heard since 2009, that they had become friends and wished she had done more to help her.
She claimed that Depp had been controlling and tried to stop Heard from doing any roles that involved nudity or sex scenes.
Ms Sexton said that she had overheard arguments between Depp and Heard when she was working with her, and that she had seen when Depp had been on drugs and trashed a trailer in Hicksville in 2013.
“I remember her telling me that he wanted her “barefoot and pregnant – and at home” and her saying “I’m not going off the pill. I don’t want to have kids with an addict,” Ms Sexton said.

Eleanor Laws, QC, for Depp, questioned whether Ms Sexton was being used by Heard to back up her version of events.
Ms Sexton said she had accepted what Heard said was true “because she had no reason to lie.”
However, Ms Sexton said that she had believed that Depp had been upstairs during Heard’s 30th birthday party when he had actually been at a business meeting.
When he did turn up, she said he was clearly drunk and slurring his words and needed help to stand up, which made her so uncomfortable that she had to leave.
Other witnesses had claimed that Depp was not intoxicated. Heard had claimed that Depp attacked her that night when she challenged him about being late and drunk.
Ms Sexton said she had seen “bruises and injuries” on Heard during her relationship with Depp but that she only confided he had been violent after she left him in May 2016.
The case continues.
