Hollywood heavyweight Julia Roberts has been spotted make-up and carefree strolling the trendy streets of Burleigh on the Gold Coast.
Shoppers were stunned as they realised they were browsing alongside the Pretty Woman actress on Friday.
Ms Roberts was snapped playfully trying on a bucket hat to help conceal her identity after flying into the Gold Coast’s Coolangatta Airport.
The 54-year-old has been filming her new movie, ‘Ticket to Paradise’ alongside co-star George Clooney and the pair have been hopping between dream filming locations including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Whitsundays since November.
Hollywood heart-throb Clooney arrived earlier this week with wife Amal and their two children.
The famous pair are teaming up for the first time since Money Monster in 2016, following an even longer break since Ocean’s Twelve in 2004.
Clooney and Roberts play a divorced couple who travel to Bali in a desperate bid to stop their daughter from getting married.
Productions for their new film is expected to generate $47m and more than 270 jobs for Queenslanders.
Roberts embraced the relaxed vibe of the coastal town, looking casual and stunning all at once in a black boiler suit.
She smiled and joked as she walked through Burleigh’s shopfronts with her new hat and a dark pair of sunglasses.
Clooney is reportedly staying in a luxurious rural manor in the Tallebudgera Valley while on the Gold Coast. It is not known where Roberts will spend her time on the Coast.
