Charlotte Crosby announces she’s pregnant with first child

Popular UK reality star Charlotte Crosby has revealed some major personal news with her fans, as she took to Instagram to announce her joy.

British reality star Charlotte Crosby is pregnant with her first baby.

The former Geordie Shore favourite – who also appeared on Australian screens on Channel 10’s I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! in 2020 – announced she was expecting with her boyfriend of four months, Jake Ankers.

Charlotte, 31, and Jake were first revealed to be dating last November after meeting through friends, as they announced their happy news with a video of her finding out she was expecting.

Charlotte wrote alongside the post: “A moment I wasn’t sure would ever be mine Is here, it’s mine (and Jakes) and i couldn’t be happier to be sharing it with you all … … Im having a baby.”

The couple took to Instagram with an adorable video announcing the news.

In the gorgeous video, Charlotte is seen going for her first scan and also telling her parents she was pregnant. She was seen showing off her bump during the couple’s recent romantic trip to Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The news came as a huge surprise to her fans after she managed to keep her bump hidden with a series of clever tricks on Instagram, including a bikini photo where she covered her belly with her legs.

After a series of failed romances, including with Aussie MAFS star Ryan Gallagher whom she met in the I’m A Celeb camp, Charlotte opened up about her blossoming relationship early this year.

“It’s really nice. This just feels really right … He’s taken [me] away, he’s spoiled [me],” she said.

She also introduced Jake to her dad and in February shared a photograph of them out enjoying dinner.

Charlotte Crosby has forged a successful career in showbiz.

Charlotte shot to fame in 2011 as an original cast member on the popular reality series Geordie Shore, in which she became known for her on-again-off-again relationship with fellow star, Gary Beadle.

After leaving the show in 2016, Charlotte revealed she suffered an ectopic pregnancy with Gary’s child. They split shortly after.

She has managed to forge a successful career post Geordie Shore, landing her own reality show, The Charlotte Show, and launching a string of fashion lines.
