DESPITE missing out on her much-wished for Logie nomination, reality TV star Brynne Edelsten can at least bask in the glow of her new body.

The 30-year-old, who was snapped walking her dog in a pair of outrageously high wedges, has revealed to New Idea magazine that she has lost a whopping 16 kilos. “I don’t have to find special angles to hide my lumps and bumps anymore,” she said. 

The American-born model who is married to multimillionaire Geoffrey Edelsten said her weight loss has not only reinvigorated her self esteem but has recharged her romantic life with her 69-year-old husband. “Geoff’s complimenting me all the time – not just on my personality, but on my looks too,” she gushed. 

Edelsten credits a healthy diet for her new-found figure but said the stressful events of the past year have also contributed to her weight loss. In July 2012 a US woman claimed she met Mr Edelsten on a sugar daddy dating site and that he wooed her with lavish gifts.
