JUSTIN Bieber fans going to his Melbourne show tonight may be in for another long wait as the tardy star sleeps off a hangover.
The 19-year-old singer was partying until 4am today at hip club Mon Bijou, after keeping fans waiting for 70 minutes before taking the stage at his first Melbourne show last night.
In the latest incident on an already notorious tour, it appears Bieber was talking to Big Brother second-runner-up Tahan Lew at the exact time he was due on stage.
But Lew denies she was chatting with him when he was due on stage, saying she posted the picture of her facetiming with Bieber, which quickly went viral, some time after their chat.
The pop brat was due on stage at 8.30pm, with a tentative end time of 10pm.
He finally arrived on stage at 9.40pm with no apology to fans or mention of his lateness.
It meant his show did not finish until after 11pm, way past the school-night bed times of many of his young fans.
Lew, who has a boyfriend in rising V8 Supercars star David Reynolds, said Bieber was due to go partying with her last night.
Lew is doing a summer radio show on the Austereo network with Big Brother winner Tim Dormer called The Bump.
Lew said she sent Dormer, the winner of Big Brother, a screengrab of the Facetime at 8pm, and the show posted it at 9pm when Bieber was due on stage.
"It was definitely before the show, I have nothing to do with him being late for the show, it was way before the show started," Tahan said in an interview to be aired on the Bump tonight.

Tahan met Bieber in New York last year via his tour DJ when she visited the David Letterman Show.
A mutual Facebook friend knew Bieber's DJ and arranged a meeting at a New York restaurant; they have stayed in contact since.
However while Bieber wants to "party" with Tahan in Australia, she said there was no romantic involvement.
``I have a boyfriend, I'm very much in love, there's nothing going on there with me and the Biebs."
Meanwhile, Bieber's local promoter denied the teen was late.
"Artist stage times are provided as a guide only and are subject to change on the night," they said today.
The lateness also pushed back the start of a meet and greet session - it meant fans who paid $495 for a VIP package had only a few seconds with the star.
A sea of impatient parents were waiting outside Rod Laver Arena to collect Beliebers after a long night.
Jason Kelly of Shepparton took stepdaughter Ellie, 14, to the event.
"It was a late night, we didn't get home until 2am," Kelly said.
"He was late coming on stage, which was pretty ordinary considering it was a Monday night and it wasn't just people from Melbourne there, people had come from all over Victoria and had a big drive ahead of them to get home. It was an effort to get her up for school today and she was a little late. I don't think she'll have a very productive day."
Kelly also went to One Direction and Pink with his daughter.
"Ellie loved the concert, but he could have just turned up and not sung and everyone would have been happy. I got ribbed from my mates for going to One Direction with her but they put on a much better show. They actually connected with the fans. I've been to a lot of concerts and Bieber looked like he was just going through the motions. I thought it was all a bit clichéd."
After the concert, Biber was spotted doing shots at Mon Bijou around 1.30am with his entourage.
Bieber's security team made everyone in the bar sign a confidentiality form and banned photos.
A source at the event said when Bieber left the club at 4am the teenager took the party back to his room at the Park Hyatt.
In Brisbane Bieber's concert dragged on so late some fans had to leave early in order to get the last available public transport.
The star has been late on stage at each of his Australian concerts.
He performs at Rod Laver Arena again tonight - tickets are still available - before moving to Adelaide and Perth, where his Believe world tour will end.
