Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband Justin Theroux has stepped out for his latest red carpet premiere looking markedly different.

Actor Justin Theroux has stepped out for his latest red carpet premiere looking markedly different to how fans are used to seeing him.

Theroux, 54, attended the season two premiere of his Amazon Prime series Fallout in Los Angeles this week with a noticeably full, smooth face.

The actor, who was previously married to actress Jennifer Aniston from 2015 to 2018, brought new wife Nicole Brydon Bloom along as his date for the premiere.

He and the 31-year-old The Gilded Age actress got married in March after dating for two years – and it was reported today that they’re now expecting their first child together.

Despite the happy baby news, more attention was on Theroux’s near-unrecognisable new look after he walked the red carpet at the LA event.

Celeb media outlets announcing the pregnancy on social media alongside photos from the event were instead flooded with comments about Theroux’s appearance.

“Did he do something to his face? Looks different,” one person commented under Just Jared’s Instagram post.

“What happened to his face?” another asked.

“He looks so different,” said another.

Others dubbed him “unrecognisable,” with one quipping: “New face and new baby!”

People, who first broke news of the pregnancy, attracted similar attention with their post.

“That doesn’t look like him,” said one commenter.

“Good for him, but who’s this guy?” another joked.

Theroux and Bloom made their red carpet debut at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar party before he popped the question later last year.

But he remains on good terms with his ex-wife Aniston, and told the New York Times in 2018 they remained close despite their three-year marriage coming to an end.

“The good news is that was probably the most — I’m choosing my words really carefully — it was kind of the most gentle separation, in that there was no animosity,” he told the outlet.

“It’s more like, it’s amicable. It’s boring, but, you know, we respected each other enough that it was as painless as it could be.”
