Taylor Swift ‘wishes she had never met’ Blake Lively after being pulled into legal drama

Taylor Swift’s true feelings about her former BFF Blake Lively have finally been revealed, and it looks like they’re well and truly over.

Taylor Swift has reportedly pulled away from her decade-long friendship with Blake Lively after being dragged into the actress’s legal drama with Justin Baldoni.

“Right now, if Taylor had one wish, it would be that she never met Blake,” an insider claimed to the Daily Mail Thursday.

“Although there have been good times during their relationship, the issues now concerning the Baldoni case have outweighed them.”

“When Taylor looks back at their friendship, she realises it wasn’t worth all the stress Blake put her through. She can now see all the red flags that should have been a warning to her,” the source further alleged.

“Taylor’s relieved the relationship is over. She put up with Blake’s antics for too long because she’s a loyal friend. It took the It Ends With Us drama to finally get her to pull the trigger on it.”

The actor allegedly “always wanted to be the leader of the pack,” and Swift had to step in and “tone Blake down.”

The singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce — who recently unfollowed Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, on Instagram — is said to be following Swift’s lead in cutting ties.

“Taylor and Travis are disgusted with Blake and Ryan and how they tried to use Taylor in their fight against Justin Baldoni,” the insider claimed.

“They’re vowing their break from the acting couple is permanent.”

Reps for Lively, Swift and Kelce weren’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.

The songstress, 35, was initially name-dropped in Baldoni’s bombshell $400 million lawsuit against Lively, 37, and Reynolds, 48, which was filed in January.

The actor, 41, accused Lively — who sued him for sexual harassment in December 2024 — of leveraging her friendship with Swift to gain control on the It Ends With Us set.

And earlier this month, Baldoni’s legal team claimed Lively’s lawyer threatened to release private messages between the Another Simple Favor star and Swift if the pop icon didn’t publicly support her.

Lively’s lead counsel, Michael Gottlieb, vehemently denied the accusation, telling Page Six, “We unequivocally deny all of these so-called allegations, which are cowardly sourced to supposed anonymous sources, and completely untethered from reality.”

Meanwhile, Swift’s rep previously shut down claims that the Grammy winner had any involvement with It Ends With Us or Lively and Baldoni’s on-set drama.

“Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and was travelling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history,” her publicist said in a statement.

On Thursday, Baldoni’s legal team dropped Swift’s subpoena, with a source telling Page Six that they “voluntarily received” the information they wanted.
