After releasing a new song that is a quite literal “f**k you” to Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift’s fans have made the star their latest target.

Kim Kardashian’s Instagram posts have been bombarded by angry Taylor Swift fans following the release of the singer’s latest record.

On Swift’s new record, one of the tracks is titled thanK you aIMee, which sees Taylor detail the pain she went through at the hands of a bully and how the situation led her to building a legacy off the back of it.

With the way the song is stylised, the capitalised letters spell out “KIM” which fans have taken to mean Kardashian.

On the song, Swift sings: “All that time you were throwin’ punches, I was buildin’ somethin’

And I couldn’t wait to show you it was real. Screamed, “F**k you, Aimee” to the night sky as the blood was gushing. But I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

As a result, the track has reignited the pair’s long-running feud that’s existed ever since 2016.

It started after Kardashian’s then-husband, Kanye West, released the track Famous, which open with explicit lyrics about Swift that he claimed she had approved beforehand: “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous.”

When Swift publicly denied approving the lines, Kardashian released an edited three-minute video recording of an alleged phone call between West and Swift, in which the singer appeared to consent to West using the controversial lyric.

The backlash against Swift at the time was unprecedented, and it put the state of her career at risk. However, after an unedited version of the phone call was released, Swift was vindicated and proven to have been the victim all along.

In her new song, Swift appears to accuse Kardashian of shamelessly ridiculing her in the media following the aftermath of the scandal by “[writing] headlines” and “laughing at each baby step I’d take”.

She then goes on to confess to hiding Kardashian’s name, singing: “And so I changed your name, and any real defining clues / And one day, your kid comes home singin’ / A song that only us two is gonna know is about you.”

Kardashian has yet to publicly comment on the track, but her Instagram has been inundated with comments and remarks from Swift’s fans hitting out at her.

One replied to her latest picture, which also featured Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, saying: “We all know what you did.”

Another wrote: “You’re very deserving of what is happening”, with a third hitting back: “imagine if someone treated your sister the way you treated Taylor. Bye Aimee!”
