Kanye West allegedly hired ‘fixer’ to investigate Kardashians and follow Bianca Censori

A complaint filed against the rapper alleges he had his wife Bianca Censori followed by a “fixer” while she was in Australia.

Kanye West is being sued by a former employee who claims they were hired to help spy on the Kardashians, the rapper’s wife, Bianca Censori, and other allegedly illegal requests.

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles on Thursday and obtained by Page Six, a Michigan-based man identified only as John Doe claims West first hired him as deputy campaign director around December 2022.

However, he claims his role then transitioned to director of intelligence, which allegedly required him to conduct “various investigations” on lawyers, people who have sued West — and his loved ones.

“John Doe was also tasked by Ye to investigate the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking,” the complaint claims.

Doe was to “hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was travelling alone to visit family in Australia” without the model’s knowledge or consent, court documents also allege.

Censori spotted in CCTV footage while in Melbourne in May.

Page Six has reached out to reps for the Kardashians and Censori but has not heard back.

West and Censori tied the knot in a secret ceremony in December 2022.

There were rumblings earlier this week that the two were headed for divorce, but the couple was then seen on a shopping trip in Tokyo Tuesday, debunking any split rumours.

Kim Kardashian, for her part, was married to West from 2014 until they finalised their divorce in November 2022. They share four kids, North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5.

Aside from the claims about Kardashian and Censori, though, Doe also makes a bombshell claim about the Yeezy founder allegedly being addicted to nitrous oxide.

The complaint alleges that in May 2024, around the time West got his “fixed and permanent” $US850,000 titanium teeth, he allegedly began using nitrous oxide, which caused “erratic behaviour”.

The claim reiterates what West’s former chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos alleged in August via X.

He claimed at the time that a dentist was getting the rapper hooked on the chemical compound, also known as laughing gas.

A rep for the dentist told TMZ in response that the claims were “not only factually incorrect but also intentionally misleading.”

However, later that month, Yiannopoulos released texts from a group chat with West and the dentist, in which the dentist appeared to agree to bring nitrous oxide to the music star at Chateau Marmont.

The dentist did not publicly address the texts or respond to Page Six’s past request for comment.

In Doe’s lawsuit, he alleges that West asked him to “keep him in the news” both internationally and nationally, handle nondisclosure agreements, and clean up the rapper’s messes when he allegedly lost expensive cars or failed to pay people for their services.

Doe’s employment came to a halt after he learned about the alleged abuse taking place at West’s Donda Academy, informed others in Yeezy leadership about the allegations and was allegedly harassed for it.

The ex-director of intelligence claims West called him shortly after and allegedly shouted, “‘You’re f**king dead to me,’” and played “scary voices that were threatening to harm Doe,” per the suit.

“The stress and trauma caused by the threats, hostile work environment, and plaintiff’s exposure to illegal and unethical activities severely impacted his mental health and emotional wellbeing,” the complaint alleges.

“Plaintiff experienced panic attacks, anxiety and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

Doe’s lawyer Ron Zambrano, a partner and Employment Litigation Chair at West Coast Employment Lawyers, adds in a statement to Page Six, “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing and unpredictable behaviour that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.

“It’s not only illegal but unconscionable that an employer would threaten any employee with bodily harm or death.”

The lawyer, referencing the other lawsuits several ex-employees have filed against West, adds, “Ye has only himself to blame for his mounting legal woes.

“He just can’t continue hiring employees, treating them terribly, then refusing to pay them in violation of numerous employment laws, let alone threaten to kill them as he did in this case.”

Doe is suing for retaliation, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and multiple labour code violations. He claims he is owed wages for pay periods he worked full time without compensation.

Page Six has reached out to West’s lawyer for comment but did not immediately hear back.
