GOING nude comes with the territory of being one of the world’s top models but Kate Moss hates it.

KATE Moss appears in W Magazine’s special Powerful Women issue — and goes naked.
But despite looking amazing draped in just a coat, the supermodel, 43, insists she doesn’t like her body, The Sun reports.
Also on the shoot, actor Jessica Chastain can be seen lying back as if she’s pulling the straps on her dress down.
Designer supremo Donatella Versace seductively leans forwards and pouts for the cameras.
Jennifer Lopez perches on a chair wearing a corset, with her hands pulling back her hair dramatically.
And US actor Taraji P. Henson looks sultry as she smokes a cigarette while wearing an off-the-shoulder lingerie slip.
Kate opened up to W magazine about modelling from an early age — but one person in particular didn’t believe in her.
In the accompanying W video, she explained: “My mum said, ‘I don’t think you’re that photogenic!’ ”
But she admits getting into the industry at an early age had its advantages.
“I wasn’t innocent. I looked like an innocent. That’s why I got away with murder. But I’m giving away all my secrets!”
Kate said of posing in the nude: “From the beginning, photographers always got me to take my clothes off, even though I don’t like my body at all. I just had to get comfortable with being naked.”
Even now, she’s not interested in a career change.
“I’m not really comfortable enough to be an actor. When I’m modelling, I’m a character. But I’m not really interested in acting,” she said.
While Moss has a wild reputation, she insists that doesn’t interfere with her work.
“People always expect me to be late. But I’ve always been on time. Especially for photoshoots.”
Even though she’s appeared on countless magazine covers, she says she still gets anxious.
Talking about appearing on the cover of The Face in 1990, she said: “I was only 16. And I was so nervous. I’m still nervous!”
Meanwhile, J-Lo, 47, told the publication: “Men in their 20s are very confident and cocky, and women are super-insecure. And then it flips: men get super-insecure, and women get comfortable in their own skin, in a way that makes them more beautiful.
“I never appreciated my body or my looks when I was in my 20s. Now I’m like, ‘Look at me! Look at you!’
“Not in a conceited or arrogant way — I just appreciate myself in a way I didn’t when I was that age. And it’s not about perfection. I like the scars that I have.
“My knees are so bruised all the time, from my shows. I think, ‘I am going to have all this scar tissue’.
“But then I’ll be like, ‘This is from all the shows I did — when I used to slide across the stage and everybody went, ‘Aaaah!’
“When I rocked s***. That’s what this is from.”
