Candice Falzon strips down to see-through knickers for Maxim magazine cover and her boyfriend David Warner couldn't be happier

CANDICE Falzon is celebrating re-entering the spotlight by stripping off for a men's magazine.

The former Ironwoman and cricket WAG has gone topless, sporting only sheer underwear on the cover of the January issue of Maxim Australia, which is on stands today.

"So excited about being on the cover of the January edition of @maxim - aus," Falzon posted on her Instagram site.

Falzon's boyfriend, cricketer David Warner is equally proud of his "girl", posting a covershot of the magazine on his social media sites alongside the words, "Check out my girl on the cover of Maxim Magazine".

Warner and Falzon hooked up in August and the beach babe has been credited with having a positive impact on her beau's cricketing game ever since.

Warner said his new-found love had "tamed the bull" and that his partying days were behind him now.

In the magazine, Falzon quashed rumours the pair was engaged.

"No, 100 per cent, it's not true, " Falzon said.

"I definitely haven't got a rock."

She did, however, confirm things were going well for the pair.

"We are very happy together but (a wedding proposal) is up to (Warner)," she added.
