WHEN E.L. James agreed to a Twitter Q&A to interact with her millions of followers, she couldn’t have predicted things could go so wrong.
Perched at Twitter’s UK headquarters, the Fifty Shades of Grey author jumped online to field questions about her famous books under the hashtag #AskELJames.
But the situation quickly descended into chaos as fans started bombarding James — who is now worth a reported $37 million — with tongue-in-cheek questions poking fun at her writing.
While some of the doozies are on the verge of NSFW, and some went down a rather serious road, there were plenty of PG-rated crackers among them.
Even a few celebrities decided to weigh in.

No doubt that will be the last time E.L. James willingly puts herself in the hot seat. This tweet perfectly sums up how she must have felt.
