Wayne Carey has become a father again, welcoming a healthy baby boy on Wednesday.
The footy legend’s partner Jessica Paulke delivered their son via C-section with Carey confirming the newborn is yet to be named.
Carey and Paulke share a five-year-old son Carter.
In August when the Herald Sun revealed the happy news, Carey said: “We are both incredibly ecstatic, as is Carter who is looking forward to having a sibling in January. Mum is healthy and happy.”
Carey, 53, reunited with model Paulke, 33, late last year and the couple has been happily living together in Melbourne.
The two-time North Melbourne premiership captain has two daughters: Ella, 18, from his first marriage to Sally McMahon and nine-year-old Charlotte with former fiancee Stephanie Edwards.
Last year in November Carey pleaded for people to move on from his controversial past after he joined Sam Newman’s podcast, You Cannot Be Serious, as a co-host.
