All the gossip as the stars let their hair down at Golden Globes after parties
WHEN the Golden Globes end, the party keeps going. Who was on Taylor’s arm? Who insisted on no photos? And who was the most in-demand party guest?
Golden Globes
Don't miss out on the headlines from Golden Globes. Followed categories will be added to My News.
WHEN the glitzy ceremony ends, the party keeps going.
The Golden Globes is one of those rare Hollywood award ceremonies at which booze is served. So by the time the Best Picture trophy is handed out, liquored-up celebs are ready to kick on and let their hair down.
And the A-list didn’t disappoint this year. Here’s what you missed.
Taylor’s girlie gang
The singer behind 2014’s highest-selling album, Taylor Swift, arrived at the after parties with glamorous besties Lorde and Jaime King on her arm.
The group danced the night away in front of the DJ booth, according to USA Today.
But while Swifty appeared to be enjoying herself, she insisted on no photos with fans, who were blocked by her security team and entourage. Downer.
All hail Queen Helen Mirren
She was nominated for her role in The Hundred-Foot Journey, but it was Mirren’s impeccable silhouette on the red carpet that scored the most accolades.
At the age of 69, the Oscar winner still cuts an incredible hour glass.
And the secret to her beautiful bod? Chips.
Never change, Helen.
Step Up reunion
Channing Tatum and his wife Jenna Dewan Tatum met on the set of his breakout movie, Step Up.
And last night, the genetically blessed duo proved they still remember how to bust a move.
The man of the hour
He took home the gong for Best Actor in a Motion Drama for his turn as Stephen Hawking in the film The Theory of Everything.
And he was the man everyone wanted to congratulate afterwards.
Spies at the InStyle WB party went to investigate what was causing a crush of people to gather around one of the VIP areas ... Turned out they were just trying to get a glimpse of Eddie Redmayne, who was chatting to Jamie Dornan.
With so much charisma on the awards-season campaign trail, could the young Brit Redmayne give Michael Keaton a run for the Oscar next month?

Chivalry isn’t dead
Benedict Cumberbatch gave his jacket to his pregnant fiance Sophie Hunter. And the two held hands the whole time. Cute!
Jennifer Lopez goes from day to night
After getting lots of attention on the red carpet earlier in the day with a very plunging neckline, Jenny from the Block went more demure for her second outfit of the day.
Like many of the A-listers, La Lopez clearly doesn’t believe one glam gown a day is enough.
Kristen’s the life of the party
Kristen Wiig’s form at the after parties confirms her status as the celebrity you wish was your best friend in real life.
At the Fox party, she boogied down with Cara Delevingne. Spies from USA Today said the duo’s go-to move was jazzy shoulder rolls. We dig it.
Oh to be on this couch.
And speaking of Cara Delevingne ...
She got her bum grabbed by fellow Brit Rita Ora at the Weinstein party. Ladies, please.
A picture tells a thousand words, so here’s the rest of the night in photographs.
