Two regional pubs and a chemist and Coles store in Upper Coomera have been added to the state’s list of exposure sites after Queensland recorded three new cases of Covid-19 overnight.
One of the cases, a Gold Coast man, was infectious in the community for up to six days while the second case was located in Warwick and the third in hotel quarantine.
Two new casual contact sites were added to the list on Wednesday morning, both in Warwick including a popular sports club and the RSL. The Coomera sites were added this afternoon.
A raft of new exposure sites are expected to be listed after the three new locally acquired Covid-19 cases were announced this morning.
“We need to make sure that the residents of Warwick are also getting vaccinated and tested,” the Premier said.
“They’ve been potentially infectious in the community for 10 days.”
