Exposed: New contact tracing locations for Gold Coast, Bundaberg, Caboolture

A Gold Coast bus route, Bundaberg supermarket and Caboolture South truck stop have been revealed as Covid-19 exposure sites.

Gold Coast Uber positive case requiring ventilation

New contact tracing locations have been issued by Queensland Health on Tuesday morning after three new Covid cases – two locally acquired – were announced.

One is an unvaccinated teenager who lives on the Gold Coast and the other is a woman from Melbourne aged in her 30s who was in home quarantine.

However, the new exposure sites appear linked to a Gympie truck driver also tested positive in NSW after visiting Bundaberg.

The Miami to Coolangatta bus route has been added to the list of exposure sites after the teen’s positive case.

Anyone who caught the 700 bus between 8-830am on October 19, 12.30pm and 2pm the same day and 12.30pm and 2pm on October 20 is considered a low-risk contact.
