Billionaire Clive Palmer says he and his family will not get the Covid-19 jab.
“No,’’ he said today when asked whether he would get the jab.
“I am pro choice. My choice is not to have the jab.’’
Mr Palmer said “you can still catch Covid if you get vaccinated’’.
Asked if it was irresponsible to not have the jab when the business road map relied upon high vaccination rates, Mr Palmer said he would not give into tyranny.
“This is not the days when they tipped their hat to Comrade Stalin,’’ he said.
“Just because she (Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk) threatens me, it doesn’t stop me from common sense and logic.’’
Mr Palmer said he had not made up his mind on where the United Australia Party’s preferences would go in the federal election.
But he referred to Labor leader Anthony Albanese as “awful Albo’’ and said that would likely be the ad slogan leading into the next election.
