An Aussie job advertisement for a social media position includes a bizarre reference

An Aussie OnlyFans management company has wiped a bizarre detail from a recent job listing that calls for “ruthlessness” and “dedication”.

Influencer Tate can be extradited to UK: Romanian court

An Aussie job advertisement for a social media position bizarrely references controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate.

The role is for a position at Banx Management. The business describes itself as the “best OnlyFans management company in the Gold Coast” and claims it empowers content creators and influencers to “maximise their earning potential”.

The company has advertised five positions locally. It is looking for a chief marketing officer, a chief sales officer, a Facebook and Google media buyer, an affiliate manager, and a social media narrative manager. All roles are advertised to be based in Sydney.

The company has written that the social media position has a yearly salary package between $75,000 and $112,000.

Typically, a job listing just outlines the role and expectations, but this listing also mentions controversial social media influencer and former kickboxer Andrew Tate.

“We are seeing a driven and innovative candidate to spearhead our mass media strategy, inspired by methodologies similar to those used by notable figures like Andrew Tate,” the advertisement read.

Tate is currently being charged with human trafficking and rape in Romania. Both allegations he has denied, and he is presently awaiting trial

The social media influencer is also a self-described “misogynist” and has been banned from Facebook, TikTok and Instagram for violating their policies.

He has previously described women as “intrinsically lazy” and said there was “no such thing as an independent female”.

Tate was also previously banned from Twitter for saying women should “bear responsibility” for being sexually assaulted. However, his account was later reinstated and now has more than nine million followers.

The job listing goes on to state that the role is not for the “faint-hearted” and requires “dedication” and the right candidate needs to be able to create compelling content across multiple platforms.

It says the company’s goal is to “dominate” content creation across popular social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook and that the role requires “ruthlessness in execution.”

The job advertisement has since been updated, and any reference to Andrew Tate has been removed, but screenshots are now floating around online.

Fletcher Ladd founded Banx Management, whose CEO is Australian businessman Michael Noicos.

According toForbeswithin a month of the business opening it managed to add 30 models to its roster and generated a combined revenue of $3 million a year.

In March this year, Mr Noicos appeared on fellow businessman Brad Lea’s podcast and explained the business in further detail.

On the podcast, Mr Noicos said that the Banx Management was a modelling agency that deals with OnlyFans or essentially anything where women can monetise themselves online.

Mr Noicos said that people’s usual impression of the subscription platform OnlyFans isn’t correct.

“People when they hear the word OnlyFans they think she’s getting naked or doing all this X-rated stuff but it is truly not what you think,” he said.

Mr Nocios denied ever using OnlyFans himself, but said it was helping men that struggled with women.

“It is really providing a service to a certain group of people that are looking for a service which is really just connection with females. Men that can’t get it in the real world,” he said.

Mr Noicos also detailed what kind of customer he believes OnlyFans attracts.

“The guys who go out hitting the clubs and pulling models every single night are not on it,” he said.

Mr Nocios said that the men struggling to find matches on Tinder are the ones who are attracted to the platform.

“Most men on Tinder are swiping for three hours a day. I don’t like using the word, but they aren’t a high-value man. No girls are matching with them,” he said.

He claimed that part of the reason so many men don’t get matches online dating is because women’s standards are too high.

“There will be a girl who is just average but who wants a man making a million bucks a year, six foot tall, six inch Johnson if you want to it call that, a six-pack, you know how it is,” he said.

The CEO claimed that “99 per cent of women” are looking for a man who is “a lot better than them” and that is one of the issues with modern dating that leaves average men to turn to OnlyFans.

“They can’t get connect with the opposite gender in real life, so they’ll settle for OnlyFans,” he said.

The two men then discussed the kind of talent the company has on its roster.

“Do you think ugly women have a shot?” Mr Lea asked.

Mr Noicos said that “beauty is the eye of the beholder” but noted that the company’s highest-earning model is plus-size. The CEO explained that being the best-looking doesn’t mean earning the most cash.

“There might be a girl that I say wow is nine out 10, but she’s an average earner. Then we’ve got one where I look at her, from my personal bias of what I think is attractive, I might think, argh, she’s a 2 out of 10, but she’s making $50k a month,” he said.

Mr Noicos explained that some girls who don’t look the “best” can build big followings because of their marketing skills.

“The way they interact with people, they know how to draw in, it’s mostly men that are subscribing,” he said.
