Stockhead’s ‘Garimpeiro’ columnist Barry FitzGerald is back in the studio for another instalment of The Explorers Podcast.
Broken Hill Mines (BHM) executive chairman Patrick Walta joins Barry on this episode to discuss the consolidation play currently brewing between BHM and Coolabah Metals (ASX:CBH).
Following a successful merger, Coolabah will be rebranded as BHM and will trade under the ASX ticker of the same name.
As part of this merger, CBH is undertaking a $20 million capital raising and Patrick says he anticipates the company will begin trading as BHM by mid-July, commanding a silver, lead and zinc portfolio in New South Wales.
Tune in to hear all the details.
