A major law firm has secured a 10-year lease in an $800m premium office tower in the Brisbane CBD before it’s even been completed.

HWL Ebsworth Lawyers has secured a 10-year lease within an $800m 33-level premium tower in the Brisbane CBD which has reached its topping out milestone.
A joint venture between the Charter Hall Prime Office Fund and Investa Commercial Property Fund, the state-of-the-art office tower at 360 Queen St is Brisbane’s Golden Triangle and practical completion is expected in late 2025.
The 4777 sqm lease will see HWL Ebsworth Lawyers join Queensland Investment Corporation, Herbert Smith Freehills, HopgoodGanim Lawyers and BDO Australia as future tenant in the tower which is being built by Hutchinson Builders.
HWL Ebsworth Lawyers is currently nearby on Level 19 at 480 Queen St, which is owned bt Dexus property Group.

Charter Hall and Investa have partnered with Blight Rayner and construction started in the second quarter of 2022.
